Ananya means “unique” in Hindi and this is reflected in the beauty, craftmanship, and meaning behind her pieces. She designs jewels that are a reverent and respectful interpretation of Indian spritiual heritage and values. Ananya was born into a family deeply rooted in the fashion industry and was able to explore the dynamic world of creativity early in life. After graduating from Central Saint Martins in London, she worked with institutions like the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Barbican.
Ananya began to develop an ideology about beauty as a powerful energy, an expressive vibration and a sensual awareness that resonates with the essence of life. Having spent time in workshops all over India, she studied indigenous jewelry making traditions and collaborated with one of India’s leading jewelry houses, Amrapali.

Ananya’s newest collection, Magnificent Jewels Volume 1, is a celebration of colored diamonds in their most feminine form. With influence taken from the iconic Scatter collection, each jewel is unique and comprised of pastel hues and a marriage of colored diamonds in all shapes.
