Creativity: Marina Von Lison

Baroness Marina Von Lison is an entrepreneur, publisher of Elite Club Magazine, model, influencer and the winner of Mrs. Universe UAE 2021. Marina is also the brand ambassador for SOL Angelann in cooperation with Irena Soprano who is the founder of SOL Atelier.

On 19th February 2022, the final of the beauty contest Mrs Universe UAE took place for the very first time in Dubai. There were 30 finalists from all over the world who competed during the big fashion gala with local and international press and TV support.

Baroness Marina Von Lison was officially awarded as the winner of Mrs Universe UAE 2021. Marina represented Germany, and Germany can truly be proud of her, because the competition was not only about beauty, but also about the inner qualities, strength and good deeds of women.

Marina von Lison is an entrepreneur, editor-in-chief of the annual Elite Club magazine, model, and influencer. Grown-up in Russia, she moved to Germany in 2009 for studying and got her Master degree in International relations and diplomacy. Marina subsequently worked as a photo model for various famous fashion and jewelry brands before eventually embarking on a publisher's career that started in 2019 with issuing the luxurious Elite Club magazine that belongs to the family business of her husband. At one of the Elite Club World events, Baroness Marna Von Lison met Irena Soprano. Irena Soprano is fashion designer, economist and an owner of several fashion brands and a large production for mass tailoring of textile products.

 

In 2011 she founded SOL Atelier, which in ten years has grown from a boutique-atelier into a diversified branched business that includes three independent large companies. In 2017, based on SOL Atelier, Irena opened an innovative workshop where she developed her own technology for applying crystals of various shapes and sizes to fabrics. This technology formed the basis of the unique Arabic - Russian brand SOL Angelann, which focuses on clothes embellished with Swarovski crystals. Since Marina and Irena are both strong personalities, mothers, businesswomen for whom nothing is impossible, they immediately found a lot in common, their love for fashion, luxury and quality clothes brought them together in cooperation. In 2020 Marina Von Lison became the official ambassador of SOL Angelann brand in Germany. In the photoshoot for this article, Marina presents exclusive pieces from the new collection of the SOL Angelann brand.

First presentation of a few crystal dresses took place in November 2017 at the Arab Fashion Week in Dubai, and in 2019 the brand presented a full range of crystal embellished clothes. At the heart of SOL Angelann aesthetics lies the inner freedom of a modern successful woman who despite her strong character, sharp mind, purposefulness and self-sufficiency, allows herself the luxury of remaining feminine and emphasizing her beauty. SOL is translated as SUN from Latin - a woman is endowed with great strength and energy, the ability to give warmth and cheer up with her radiant charm. She is the source of life and the heart of the

world. The sparkling dresses, completely encrusted with crystals, became the designer's trademark. The dresses became widely known in USA, France, Germany, UAE, Russia – Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Cardi B, Alicia Keys, Eva Longoria, Paris Hilton, Nicole Scherzinger, Coco Rocha, Sarah Sampaio and other international celebrities are choosimg SOL Angelann for the red-carpet appearances. Every year the brand holds some fashion shows, in December 2021 there was a big fashion show in Dubai, in February 2022 Sol Angelann participated in a New York show during fashion week, in March 2022 the brand is preparing to present a new collection in Dubai, and in September fashion shows will be held in Milan and in Paris. Today SOL Angelann clothes are presented and can be bought in Moscow, Paris, London, Los Angeles, New York, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi.
