Dolce&Gabbana x Persol

An interplay between style icons: the flair of Dolce&Gabbana and Persol’s unmistakable signature have produced a special collection of sunglasses and eyeglasses that encapsulates the essence of the two Italian brands in an original way, combining aesthetic research and expertise.
Dolce&Gabbana x Persol

In the four models two eyeglasses and two sunglasses, available in two different sizes Persol’s minimal style is combined with the irreverent style of the Italian fashion house.

The classic D-frame, featuring the front of the 649 model, is enhanced by transparencies, logo details and color combina- tions inspired by the brand’s stylistic codes, from Havana to Persol black, from the Zebra pattern to the colorful universe of Dolce&Gabbana.

This fresh, contemporary collection is illustrated through a gallery of moving portraits produced by Domenico Dolce with the creative direction of Stefano Gabbana.

The campaign shots depict the new models with a touch of exuberance. At the center of the lens, the all-encompassing con- cept of inclusivity expresses an energetic, pop mood that speaks to today’s youth.

The minimalist shoot takes inspiration from the street, involving different, cosmopolitan personalities: close-ups of young people capture an urban style that is casual, yet sophisticated.

The sunglasses will be available from May 9th on persol.com and dolcegabbana.com, at Persol Stores and Dolce&Gabbana Boutiques, while the entire collection will be available from May 16th also at selected opticians.

The four transparent acetate versions feature new colors: the pink frame is paired with light blue lenses, the orange frame with green lenses, the green frame with yellow and the light blue frame with orange.
