The recent Cadillac commercial that you starred in and wrote the music for has been garnering a lot of attention. Can you share with us the creative process behind developing the music and how it feels to see your work featured in such a high-profile campaign?

When Cadillac approached me and asked me to develop a song that could capture my essence as an artist for a 30-second commercial slot, it presented an exciting and challenging opportunity. Ensuring that those 30 seconds could truly reflect my artistry was a fun task. I provided multiple options, and Cadillac ultimately chose the one currently featured in the commercial. The music combines elements of house and Latin infusion, with the violin taking the lead as the melodic instrument, capturing merengue vibes and an upbeat four-on-the-floor groove. I feel incredibly blessed to represent such a prominent and respected brand. As a female minority, it marks another significant milestone in my career.

Your nonprofit organization, ASAF Angels, focuses on providing instruments and musical education to underprivileged communities. Could you tell us more about the inspiration behind this initiative and the impact you hope to make in nurturing young talent?

ASAF Angels was inspired by two of the happiest moments in my life. The first was when my father gifted me my first violin, and the second was when my violin teacher offered me free lessons when the music school was closed and my parents couldn't afford them. These events fueled my passion and motivated me to give back to others who are underprivileged. I strongly believe that music is a form of therapy that contributes to the development of younger generations. My goal is to bridge the gap in high-quality musical education and opportunities that exist between privileged and less privileged communities. I firmly believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities, regardless of their social status. Ultimately, I aspire to establish music schools worldwide and leave a lasting legacy through my music.

You have had the incredible opportunity to work with the NFL and the Chargers as their Official DJ. How has this experience influenced your career and what have been some of the highlights of performing for such enthusiastic sports fans?

Working with the NFL and the Chargers has had a tremendous impact on my career. I am extremely grateful to the Chargers for including me in their incredible organization. They value and inspire me as an artist, allowing me to showcase my music and creativity on a massive platform. One of the ultimate highlights has been the overwhelming support and acceptance from the fans. I love the Chargers community, and as a devoted fan myself, it's an honor to perform for them. This year marked my second invitation to perform at the Chargers' draft party, where I had the opportunity to create my own show. I am truly appreciative of the trust the entire organization places in me. I am excited for many more seasons with the Chargers and to continue giving my best for the fans.

As a multifaceted artist, you excel in producing, DJing, playing the violin, and singing. How do you balance and merge these different creative roles in your music, and do you have a favorite aspect among them?

I merge and develop my music without limitations. I allow myself to find inspiration in other cultures, artists, and life experiences. Continuously improving myself and my music is always a priority, which is why I maintain my vocal coach, practice my violin skills, refine my DJ techniques, enhance my music production methods, and even take dance classes. With this multifaceted approach, it's crucial to keep all my skills sharp. I particularly enjoy combining all these skills to create and perform unique and exciting music.

Fans are eagerly anticipating your upcoming music and shows. Can you give us a sneak peek into what they can expect from your upcoming projects? Any particular themes or musical styles you are exploring?

I have a lot of new and fresh music releases coming out in June. This music incorporates my vocals, writing, and production skills. The common theme throughout these new tracks is pop commercial house—a sexy, upbeat style with lots of flavor. It's the kind of music you can enjoy on the radio, dance to in clubs, and play at parties. Additionally, in late summer, I will be releasing a track that features Sean Kingston, which I developed. I also have an EP in the works with Damon Sharpe, along with many more surprises.

With your impressive list of performances and collaborations, what are some of the most memorable moments you have experienced throughout your career? And are there any dream collaborations or venues you aspire to work with in the future?

I have some major dream collaborations in mind, such as producing a song with Tiesto, Karol G, Zedd, Camila Cabello, and many other incredible artists. As for venues, it has always been a dream of mine to perform at EDC, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Ultra, Madison Square Garden, and basically any of the largest venues around the world. Some of the most memorable experiences I've had include touring with Maluma on the biggest stages in Europe in 2018, performing at the All-Star Game with Kanye West and Rihanna, co-headlining with Zedd for Lil Nas X's birthday party in 2022, headlining as a DJ at the NFL Pro Bowl in Allegiant Stadium in 2023, and performing at the Super Bowl in 2023. And of course, it's always a breathtaking experience to perform at SoFi Stadium for the Chargers' home games.
