Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, the award winning Japanese restaurant is serving up a set-menu during Dubai Food Festival, available only for a limited time, between April 21st to May 7th. A recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award and recognized in the Gault&Millau UAE guide, the venue is a leading destination for Japanese cuisine.
Michelin Star Chef Akmal Anuar, together with Head Chef Su Kok Cheuh, invite guests on a memorable culinary journey to sample a combination of Goldfish’s best signature flavors. A variety of freshly prepared starters on the menu include Corn and Mizuna, Truffle Toast topped with Wagyu, Seafood Gyoza, and a selection of Nigiri including salmon, tuna, and Hamachi. Diners can then opt from one of three main dishes with rich flavors including a Wagyu Claypot, Hamachi Collar prepared with Asian sambal, or a selection of meat and vegetable skewers. To end the meal on a sweat note, Yuzu Sorbet with fresh hints of lemon and mandarin flavors will be served.
