Located poolside in the Palace Building, this engaging restaurant draws inspiration from the celebrity chef’s reality TV show, but with the Red and Blue teams working closely together this time. The heat really turns up when the Red and Blue battle it out with a Brunch every Saturday from 12.30 pm featuring flowing beverages.

If you’re looking for a brunch that ticks all the boxes, you’ve got to try Hell’s Kitchen. Offering world-class signature dishes from Gordon Ramsay and free-flowing beverages, it’s not to be missed.
Choose your team wisely, opting for either the Blue, Red or Black Jacket package. Head over to the abundant seafood counter, where you are spoilt for choice with the likes of oysters, lobster and shrimp cocktails. For those that skipped breakfast, the eggs benedict counter is not to be missed before sharing starters arrive to your table that includes crab cakes, wagyu meatballs and truffle & mushroom arancini.
Make sure to save room as we’ve only just begun. Choose from the list of mains which includes the iconic Hell’s Kitchen burger, surf & turf and lamb ragu macaroni smothered in aged parmesan. The sides are to share with crispy french fries being snapped up quickly. Then it’s time to head back on the floor to the cheese corner and candy shop, where sweet treats like sticky toffee pudding and mixed berry trifle are bung to bring back some good memories.
Whilst you enjoy your meal, the British duo ‘The Kicks’ gets you in the weekend spirit with classics you can’t help but sing along to and then the Eton mess challenge begins. We won’t give too much away, but for all the big kids out there, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get competitive.

Gordon Ramsay is known for his brilliant roasts, both the one-liners and the meal you should be indulging in on a Sunday.
At Hell’s Kitchen, the team keeps things traditional, just how we like it. Choose from beef, lamb or chicken with the only twist arriving for the vegetarians in the form of a delicious Beetroot Wellington (tried, tested, and veggie approved)!
There are seasonal vegetables and an assortment of trimmings, including perfectly golden Yorkshire puddings and thick gravy to top it all off.
