Rebecca Farrar-Hockley, Kurt Geiger’s Chief Creative Officer, says: Kurt Geiger’s Autumn/Winter 22 collection focuses on bold style statements defined by two major trend stories: ‘Sleek City Chic’ and ‘Party Like It’s 1999’. Leopard print, rich velvet, faux fur, evil eye symbols and a smattering of colourful crystals feature heavily across this brand-new drop evoking a celebratory party spirit. As always, our mission is to embolden and uplift our community through London-inspired creativity and energy; this distinctive collection does just that.”

Opulent glamour and powerful strength sit side by side in the ‘Sleek City Chic’ inspired element of the AW22 collection. Unique handbag designs, including the iconic ‘Kensington’ bags, stand out in bold leopard print, metallic gold leather and croc-embossed velvet textures, while late- night London city lights flicker and blur on printed ‘Shoreditch’ bag styles, representing the constant energy of Kurt Geiger’s founding city. New circular and heart shapes also appear in this season’s collection of handbag designs, signalling a return to the 80s in a revised, contemporary fashion. For footwear, boot season makes an impactful return with chunky ‘London’ boots in ankle and over-the-knee styles. Slick, uncluttered lines in sure-fire heels icon ‘Shoreditch Stiletto’ exude an effortlessly chic mood, while sky-high platform heels, crafted in quilted velvet and leather, add fully-fledged strength and toughness.

This year’s focus on nostalgic kitsch and Y2K glamour have played a key part in the ‘Party Like It’s 1999’ division of the AW22 collection. Sugar-sweet, bubble-gum pink palettes complement a whole host of glossy handbag designs adorned with sequins, butterflies, coated glitter, crystals, faux fur, lipstick prints and perfume bottle shapes. Cash and credit motifs are a playful expression of excess and celebration in bag styles like ‘Credit Card Clutch’, while matching pairs – like the ‘Faux Fur Kensington’ bag and ‘Kensington 95 Mule’ heels - cater to the uber-glamorous Kurt Geiger customer ready to party.

‘All That Glitters’ is the central story for the Christmas capsule later this season, drawing on crystal bows, velvet and a sparkling Kurt Geiger London rainbow palette to deliver an exaggerated, celebratory attitude. Kurt Geiger London’s gifting collection is particularly vast this year, including over one hundred fun mini bags, belts, hair accessories, cold weather goods, wallets, jewellery, small accessories, tech and lifestyle accessories ranging between 120 AED – 830 AED. A new addition to the brand this festive season is pet accessories, starring a quilted nylon dog bag and coat and a rainbow pet collar, bringing all the Kurt Geiger hallmarks to the fore.

Kurt Geiger London’s third drop of jewellery follows a second successful season for this new brand category. While keeping to the signature bright and bold Kurt Geiger London look with evil eye solitaire rings, heavily laden charm bracelets and glittering heart earrings, the AW22 and Christmas jewellery collection also sees an expansion of more delicate jewellery pieces featuring miniature padlock and keys, tiny eagles and plenty of pavé crystals.

For Kurt Geiger London’s AW22 men’s collection, a maximalistic tone embodies embellished formals ‘Ace Eagle’, whereas new ‘Gin’ monk shoes and boots, finished with a slick metal detailing at the heel, sit more on the side of minimalism. For bags, the collection brings together three fresh styles - ‘Kensington Rucksack’, ‘Kensington Backpack’ and ‘Kensington Weekender’ - to form the ultimate daytime collection. Butter-soft leather combined with a triple- stitch creates the brand's signature quilted effect on all three styles, while drenched black eagle head-embellishments add authority and edge.
