L’Officiel Arabia: How and when did you decide to be a model?

Amber Wang: The thought of becoming a model first crossed my mind during my childhood years. While other kids were busy watching cartoons, I found myself captivated by runway shows. As I watched those stunning models showcase the latest styles, I became fascinated with the way they moved and posed, and I soaked up every intricate detail of their outfits. At that time, I was thinking that this is the thing I will love for my whole life.

L'O A: Who has inspired you the most in your life?

AW: My grandpa has been a true inspiration for me throughout my life. Having been a pilot, he has a great drive for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with wholesome eating and workout as well as an optimistic attitude. The way he presents himself to the outside world is equally impressive, with his impeccable sense of fashion and careful attention to detail. Whether heading out to dinner or an event, he dresses to the nines without a speck of dust on his attire and immaculately steaming off his shirt. Truly an inspiration in all corners of life.

L'O A: Have you ever been to the UAE? If yes, how was your experience?

Yes! My new film "Models Wanted" will be released in July. Additionally, I am eager to pursue further projects in the film industry and I am also considering developing my fashion line in the future.
