L’Officiel Arabia: When and how did you decide to be a model and subsequently a reality star?

Carla Moreau: I have been passionate about the profession of Modeling since my childhood, when I was young, I used to have fun parading in my room with my mom’s clothes. In reality, it was my interest in photography as an amateur that led me to modeling.

Thanks for social network exposure, I ventured into television when I was 18. It was a world that was unknown to me and this is what convinced me to go for it, which subsequently changed my life not only on a professional level but also on a personal level as I met my husband there with whom I have a beautiful family.

LOA: Who inspired you the most in your life and how?

CM: I have always been interested in very committed women who want to change the rules Women of natural beauty such as BRIGITTE BARDOT and GRACE KELLY.

LOA: Your digital platform following has exploded recently, what have to done differently to gain this huge following?

CM: It is very important as an influencer to take care of your followers who are like my extended family and to provide them each day with new content, so our followers feel involved in our daily lives. I made the choice to share everything on my social network, both good and the bad which happens in my life. I wish that the people who follow me can see it and comment positively or negatively, I am open to both and I use criticism to evolve as a person. In fact, during my recent controversy, which has given a tremendous rhythm to my life, their opinions have helped me to come out of it faster and I thank them for it. I think being real is the centerpiece of success.

LOA: How has motherhood changed your personality?

CM: Being a mother is the most wonderful role of my life. This experience has been the most intense and at the same time, most rewarding in all aspects. I realized that the ultimate mission entrusted to me is to guide her (my daughter) more every day so that she can flourish in this world.
