Time to Shine: Nesrin Sanad

Nesrin Sanad has gained widespread recognition for her natural elegance and exquisite beauty, having graced the runway at esteemed fashion events including Paris Fashion Week, representing fashion icons like Chanel and Cartier. Presently, Nesrin is focusing on other promising ventures such as acting and inspiring people through her globally recognized online platform.

Since her early years, Nesrin has been drawn to exploring the relationship between emotions and self-expression through her performances on the local stage. "From my adolescence, I have been endowed with the necessary tools to express various emotions, and I have always aspired to share them with the world through the performing arts," she recounted.

Encouraged by her talented and idealistic peers, Nesrin took her first step towards her dream by participating in her school's theatre productions. She began accumulating a list of accomplishments with her debut in the Emirati film, Sea Shadow, the first Emirati film produced by Image Nation and premiered at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival in 2011. Nesrin also exhibited her range by starring in short films like Without Roots and Against the Tides. She played a pivotal role in the poignant short film Adam, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2015.

Apart from searching for her next significant role and being featured in fashion magazines, Nesrin has also endeavoured to motivate others and raise awareness about noteworthy causes through her online activities. Her dedicated efforts earned her the title of "Motivational Lifestyle Influencer of the Year" at the 2022 World Influencers and Bloggers Awards.

When she is not travelling across Europe for work or spending time with her family, Nesrin enjoys returning to her roots in the UAE, where she lived for nearly two decades. "I can't stay away from my home base for an extended period. The UAE provides a home for all the expatriates who reside there," she observed.

Looking ahead, Nesrin is thrilled to explore several upcoming opportunities, including several Hollywood projects in development and promising talks with Imraah Films, a production company established by renowned American casting director and filmmaker, Miranda Davidson.
